This place is situated in a quiet area which made it easy for us to walk everywhere we planned to visit, including the city centre which is just a stone's throw away.

A very pleasant and welcoming environment was found at the Nouvel Hotel. We would highly recommend this as an ideal location for Bagnoles and exploring the area.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Enjoyable food with good menu selection. Nice terrace and garden at rear plus private parking. Charming ground floor area reflecting history of hotel.

Mainly older guests - would benefit from having more diverse age range of customers.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this charming hotel. The location, slightly outside the main centre of Bagnolles, near the lake, was simply beautiful. I enjoyed waking up to the peaceful views and fresh air. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, with comfortable beds and a nice view. The breakfast, served with views to the back garden, was a delightful start to the day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic!

This hotel was an absolute gem. It provided excellent value for money with its spacious rooms, comfortable amenities, and stunning views of the back garden. The location was ideal, slightly outside the main center but still close to the beautiful lake. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met during our stay. Additionally, the breakfast served with a view of the pretty garden was the perfect way to start our day.

No hot water from the shower although there was some hot water available in the sink. No bath in bathroom only a shower. Quite a walk to the town centre.

It was very hot in the night. The heating seemed to be turned on despite it being a very warm June weekend and the rooms facing the road were a bit noisy.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was clean and well-maintained, with modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful garden where we could relax with a drink. The location, slightly outside the main center of the city, was perfect for us as it provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Truly enjoyed my stay, it was pleasant. Romantic hotel, clean, helpful staff, location near the lake was particularly good. The food was good - variety of options. Location: the property was close to the park, nice area, and the pitch black garden.
